Phrozen Tough 100E Resin – [Black][1KG][Aluminium Bottle]

Designed for high printability with short exposure times, Tough 100E Resin enables the rapid production of tough, functional parts. Similar to polypropylene (PP) and other comparable thermoplastics, it offers excellent impact resistance and moderate stiffness, making it ideal for printing flexible manufacturing aids and prototyping.

[Main features]

• High toughness with elongation at break of 93.5 to 100.5%.
• The impact strength is 69.1-77.3J/m, and printing allows it to withstand sudden, strong impacts and effectively absorb energy.
• It has a slightly higher tensile and flexural modulus, and is more ductile yet stiffer in structure than Onyx Impact Plus resin.
• This allows for greater design freedom, especially for thin or curved parts.
• The exposure time is just 4.5 seconds, one of the shortest in the Tough Series lineup and other resins with similar properties.
