- Seven Days Return
- The product must be returned in good condition with all the original items including the packaging, so please repack it with care.
- The product must be returned with the original box/packaging.
- Returned items will be inspected by us upon received, incomplete items, product mishandled by buyer or missing original packaging the return will not be accepted.
- Buyers are responsible for the return package and all associated postage and transportation costs.
- Returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 days.
- The tracking number must be provided to us for parcel tracking as well as proof of return.
- Buyer can walk-in for returning goods, we will do the inspection on the spot and arrange replacement /exchanged immediately (if stock available) or to be refunded as Store Credit.
- The shipping fee will not be refunded unless the product arrives damaged or defected. (Please inform us at the same day you received the product)
- Refund within 7 working days but, in any event, no later than 15 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods.
- Please note that refunds will be issued to the original buyer account.
- Refund or exchange is only allowed with the receipt issued by us.

- Used Nozzle or HEAT BREAK

- Used v-Wheel or GT Belt
- Unsealed Glue, Grease, Cleaning Solution
- International buyers, Import duties, taxes, VAT, shipping charges, and other misc. charges are not refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or replacement and to recover the cost of returning or collecting the Goods in the event that the Goods are found to have suffered damage after delivery or have been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear or if the Goods have not been returned with its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
