How long to dispatch my order?
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse on the same day or next business day before cut-off time at 12pm daily except weekend or public holiday.

Tracking Order
As soon as your order is picked up by courier we will send the tracking number to your registered email .

Shipping Rates
Shipping rate is based on the rate given by the Courier service providers and the total shipping fee will be calculated automatically during checkout based on the product weight and destination.

Duration of the delivery
Duration is depend on each courier service, destination coverage, peak season or off-peak season but based on our experience generally it will take about 2 to 4 days.

Delivery to work address
Yes, we can deliver to a workplace or a residential address, whichever is the most convenient for you.

Delivery to P.O. Box address
We are regret that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box address, as the courier service requires recipient to sign for the parcel.

For International order we provide 3 courier services for the customer to choose. Please see the list below:

We do not offer Registered mail as one of the shipping method, no doubt registered mail is one of the cheapest shipping method but based on our previous experience we have quite a numbers of shipment missing thus we have decided not to continue with this shipping method.

In general EMS is the cheapest option but take slightly longer duration to deliver.

All shipping fees does not include the Import Tax or Sales Tax charged by your country custom if applicable. 

Duration of the delivery
EMS – Asia Region 4 to 12 days , US and Europe 6 to 14 days
DHL – Asia Region 2 to 3 days , US and Europe 3 to 6 days
Aramex – Asia Region 5 to 6 days , US and Europe 4 to 6 days

You might experience some delay if the items is being held by your local custom, in some situation you might need to contact your local custom to arrange for the custom clearance.
